70th Birthday card

Today I am sharing a 70th birthday card a friend asked me to make
for her friend who loves cupcakes.
I went straight to the Dovecraft decoupage and matching paper set
which I have had in my stash for ages, and put the card together.
I added the dotted line and some diamante gems to finish.

The products I have used are:
Dovecraft Cupcake Boutique - 6" x 6" paper pack
Dovecraft Cupcake Boutique - 8" x 8" Decoupage Pad
EK Success - Photo Corner punch
Stitched banner dies - Brand unknown
Sentiment - computer generated
