A Bit More Time to Craft Challenge #118 - 'Anything Goes'

A new challenge starts today at 'A Bit More Time to Craft Challenge Blog'
where the theme is always 'Anything Goes'

Here is my design team card made using two of the set of
All Change digi papers.
Details of the challenge can be found HERE
where 3/5 randomly drawn winners will each get to choose
3 sets of Lozzy's papers.

I came across the technique for this card on YouTube HERE

I’m not sure if there is an official name for this type of card design, but
the couple in the video refer to it as the ‘Scrappy Strip’ technique which I think
describes it perfectly.

It’s a great way of using some of those snippets of card or paper we all
seem to have. I had these set of papers already printed and pieces used,
so it was easy to cut them into the strips and place them on the card.
I have some left to make a couple more.
Challenges entered:-
Pixie’s Snippets Playground #380 - Anything Goes
Crafter's Castle - Anything Goes
Crafty Friends - Anything Goes
Craftyhazelnut's Patterned Paper Challenge - Anything Goes
Creative Fingers - Anything Goes
Aud Sentiments - Anything Goes + A Sentiment
Crafty Creations - Anything Goes
Crafty Sentiment Designs - Anything Goes
TTCRD - Anything Goes

Thank you for visiting my blog today.

  5. Janice this is such a fabulous way of using scraps and papers that compliment one another. Scrappy Strips is a good name for it. Thanks for the link to the video. I am new to following people on YouTube and she looks like a good crafter to follow.

Thank you very much for entering your lovely card into our challenge. Good luck with the prize draw.

Stay healthy, happy and keep crafting :)

    1. That’s worrying Di, as no I hadn’t, but I was having a play with the new blogger today, obviously something must have happened which turned it back to a draft post.
Thank you so much for the heads up!

  14. Hi Janice!

I think I know what possibly happened with your blog post originally when it switched back to draft. It's really easy to accidentally hit the 'revert to draft' arrow like button. The same button toggles between publish and draft - ask me how I know this :)
