Sewing Pattern Pyramid Weights

Today, I am sharing some pattern pyramid weights I have made using
 scraps of left-over fabric.
I followed a free tutorial from Claire at Beautiful Things Craft and Sewing Classes
which you can find HERE on YouTube.

I started by cutting a few triangles from scraps of material.
Next I ironed on some medium weight interfacing.

I then stitched them as per the instructions, carefully turning them in
the right way.

Next I filled them all and sewed up the open gap by hand.
Claire uses rice and a couple of nuts and washers bought from the Pound shop.
My friend kindly gave me some aquarium gravel which she used when making hers.

So, here are my completed weights, which I know I will find very useful.

Thank you for visiting my blog today.
