70th Birthday Card

Today, I am sharing a 70th birthday card I made recently for a friend.
These Cut and Emboss folders from Hobbycraft cut and emboss beautifully.
I was lucky enough to buy three of them in their Christmas sale.

I raised the embossed panel with 3D foam to lift it from the sentiment.
Although you can't see it very well in the photo, I used chalks to
highlight the embossing.
The products I have used are:-
Lux Craft Cut and Emboss 6" x 6" Folder - Champagne Celebration
Digistamp Boutique - Milestone Birthdays
Pebbles Inc - Pearlescent Chalks

Challenges entered:-
Crafty Cardmakers - Add Some Texture
Watercooler Wednesday  - Anything Feminine Goes
Crafting by Designs - Anything Goes
Crafty Gals Corner - Clean and Simple (CAS)
Ellibelle's Corner - Dies/Punches or Something with Hearts
The Crafty Addicts - Anything Goes
TTCRD - Anything Goes

Thank you for visiting today.

  6. Super card, Janice, so elegant in White on White with just a touch of colour. I bought the same cut and emboss folder last week. (Great minds think alike!!) I made two cards with the folder yesterday and I'll post a photo of them on my blog when I know they have been received.
