Today's card is one I made for a friend who celebrated his birthday last week.
After embossing the base card, I cut two frames using the Nestability circle dies.
Next I die-cut the sentiment, glued it to a circle of white card and used 3D foam
to attach it to the card. Lastly I added some enamel dots.

Docrafts Xcut Embossing Folder - Tartan
frames and a slightly darker shade of card for the sentiment.
I think I prefer the first one.
