A Perfect Time to Craft Open Challenge #09 - Anything Goes

Today starts a new month-long challenge over at A Perfect Time to Craft

I made this card for my god-daughter who celebrated her birthday recently.
I used my Promarkers to colour the image, adding Glamour Dust to give a bit of sparkle.
