Birthday Card for a Friend

Today I am sharing a birthday card I made recently for a friend.
Although I have owned this Spellbinders 3D embossing folder for a while
now, this was the first time I have used it.
I ran the folder through my Cuttlebug using some Crafter's Companion Centura
Pearl card, which I must say embosses beautifully.
(Apologies for quality of the photo, as the matted card looks black, whereas
I actually used wine red!)


The items I have used are:-

    It's always fun when you finally get round to using some new stash you've had for a while and this embossing folder is really pretty. It provides such a lovely frame for the sweet stamped flower, and I like the pops of colour against the pearly white :-)
