Female Birthday Card

Today I have a card to share which I made for a friend's birthday a while back. I stamped the
 image and coloured it with Promarkers. I punched both sides of the strip of card going
across the middle with the border punch.


The items I have used are:-
Personal Impressions Stamp - Quilted Flower Hat
Spellbinders Labels Eighteen
Stampin' Up - Word Window punch
Woodware Scalloped Oval punch
Martha Stewart Border punch - Quilted
Promarkers
