A new challenge has started at Alphabet Challenge
where the theme for this fortnight is 'R is for Ribbon'
The details of the challenge can be found HERE

Here is my last design team card for this challenge...

which is something I cannot commit to.
The products I have used are:-
Crafts-Too Embossing Folder - Snowdrops

I will continue to enjoy being part of other design teams, which will
give me the opportunity to make cards just for me, without any pressure.
I enjoy receiving friendly feedback on my makes from the design team leader,
which I really appreciate but sadly this never happened on this team.

Challenges entered:-
As You Like It  - Favourite Way to Add Snow
(I love the texture the embossing folder gives)

40th Birthday Card for my Nephew

My eldest nephew celebrated his 40th birthday on Monday, and like his cousin,
he too is teaching himself to play the guitar. So I made him a different guitar card.

After searching Pinterest for ideas, this is what I came up with.
I drew the shape of the guitar freehand onto a piece of wood effect card,
cut out the framed circle, then attached the gold cord with brads for the strings.
I used 3D foam to attach this to the black base card, then a
dded the sentiment and the number to finish.

The products I have used are:-
Presscut - Happy Birthday
Spellbinders Nestabilities - Circles
Docrafts - Number dies
Challenges entered:-
A Place to Start - Caffeinated Tones
