A Male Birthday Card

Here is the card I made for one of my nephews who
celebrates his birthday today.
For a change, I used the de-bossed side of the grey card and matted onto black card.
I then cut the tools in silver mirri and then red card for the handles.
Lastly, I added the sentiment and home made card candi.

The products I have used are:-
Tools die - purchased from eBay
Docrafts - Xcut Embossing Folder - Wicker
Craft Essentials Creative Dies - Happy Birthday
Home made card candi
Challenges entered:-

  1. Who would have thought a wicker background would look so fantastic for a masculine card, Janice? But even more, I am in awe of those tiny little tools, and that you not only cut them out once, but twice, AND adhered the tiny orange handles and grips so expertly. It’s a wonderful card that your nephew will enjoy receiving. REALLY awesome design!
