Get Well Card

My niece recently went into hospital for an operation, and this is the
card I made for her.

After embossing a small piece of white card with the 3D folder, I mat and
layered it onto pink card and glued it directly onto the card base.

I then stamped the sentiment, added the punched daisy and leaves,
then finished by adding the diamante gems.

The items I have used are:
Lisa Horton Crafts, 3D embossing folder - Prism
Julie Hickey Designs stamps - I Need: Everyday Sentiments
Woodware Punches - Daisy and Foliage

A Clean and Simple Birthday Card

Today I am sharing a birthday card I made last month,
for a friend to give to her Mum.

I embossed a rectangle of white card with the 3D embossing folder
and attached it to the card base with 3D foam.

The sentiment was computer generated, printed on white card
and die-cut with the label die. I then glued it to a piece of
purple card and cut by hand to make a frame. I then used 3D foam to
attach it to the card, and lastly added some pearls.

The items I have used are:
Crafters Companion 3D Embossing Folder - Ornate Lace
Spellbinders Labels Ten

using a balloon die I was lucky enough to win last year

I die-cut the edge of the base card with the balloon die.
I embossed a couple of lines by the balloons using my Hougie board.
Next, I glued a piece of black card behind the balloons and
paper pieced them with coloured card. then added
the sentiment, number and white gel pen lines to the balloons.

Female Birthday Card

Today, I am sharing the birthday card I made recently for a friend.

I found the idea for the design on Pinterest.

I started by stamping the background stamp directly onto
the card base with a light silvery grey ink.
Next I die-cut the frame three times using two of the circle dies,
glued them together and glued it onto the card base.
Lastly, I added the flower die, white peel-off sentiment and some sequins.

The products I have used are:
Avery Elle - Simple Sentiment Dies
Spellbinders Nestabilities - Circles
Memory Box - Chloe die
Great Impressions wood mounted background stamp - Vicki Schreiner 2008
