A New Great Niece!

On Sunday, my 6th great-niece arrived called 
Amy Caitlin weighing in at 9lb 3oz! 
The girls are certainly winning in my family...6 vs 2!
I am hoping to meet her this afternoon.

Female Birthday Card

Today's card, is one I made recently for a friend. 
I kept it clean and simple and let the 
gorgeous image take pride of place.
I matt and layered the topper on black and jade green card.
 I then added Glimmer Dust to the detail on the dress, stamped
 the sentiment and added some gems.

A 'Clean and Simple' Anniversary Card

Today's card is one I made for a friend and her husband. 
which I kept very 'clean and simple!
First of all, I scored lines with my Scor-Buddy to make the frame.

After die-cutting the heart die in white and lilac card, I glued them together
and then glued to a die-cut piece of craft foam and attached to the card base
to give some dimension to the panel.
Lastly, I stamped the sentiment and added the diamante gems.

A 'Clean and Simple' Birthday Card

Today's card is one I made for a fellow crafter who celebrated
 her birthday yesterday.

I kept the design clean and simple, by firstly die-cutting the word
 'happy' on a square piece of white card. I then embossed the square and
attached it to the lilac square glued to the card base, with craft foam to the
main panels and 3D foam squares
to the letters, to give it good support
through the post.
I then added the die-cut 'birthday, some sequins and Nuvo drops.

A 60th Birthday Card

Today I am sharing the card I made for a crafting friend who joined 
the sixty's 'club' yesterday!
I started by cutting a square in the base panel of pearlized lemon card.
Next I die cut the pretty squares panel and matted it onto navy blue 
and gold mirror card.
Using two of the larger square dies, I made a frame and glued it onto 
the aperture and added the numbers. Lastly, I decorated the square with flowers
 and leaves, and finished with the oval sentiment.

Thank You Card

Today I am sharing a quick thank you card that I needed
to make yesterday.
I cut a piece of patterned paper from my stash, attached the doily 
cut from pearlized card to the corner. I then snipped off the overhanging pieces.
I then matted this onto pink card and glued directly on to the card base.
I finished by adding the sentiment, flowers, sequins and Nuvo drops.
